Meet Mere

Hey there!

I'm so glad you're here! I'm Meredith, a born-and-raised Michigan girl with a Midwest mentality. I love Jesus, my darling husband Ryan, and my two babies Maverick & Aspen are my whole world. I live by the words my Dad told me every day before school, "Be nice to everyone, you never know what someone is walking through."

I believe life doesn't have to be so chaotic. How you live your days is a choice. We live in a world where busyness is glorified, distraction rules our day and we spend more time binging the latest show on NETFLIX than prioritizing our health and well-being. Yet, most still claim to be exhausted and have no time. You can choose to show up and let other people dictate where you spend your time and energy OR you can choose to be intentional with your days and learn the habits that lead to extraordinary long-term success, heightened levels of joy, energy, health and well-being.

Most people have no clue what it takes to "get ahead" in life, they are uncertain with which decisions are right for them, their families and careers. They want to go to the next level in life but they have no clue where to focus. They are working so hard but not breaking through.  They are hopeful to make a change but lacking direction and the right habits to get them there. This leaves them feeling stuck - going through the motions, settling for a life that is disconnected and unfulfilling. when your clear on your goals, mission and values and you know where to focus your energy your life changes. 

For the last several years I've been on a mission to find out what helps people achieve long-term success, how to stay motivated, serve at the highest levels without compromising my health and well-being. I wanted to know why people achieve high levels of success while others lose passion and burn out. I wanted to understand how to be consistently at my best in all areas of my life. Not only in my career, but as a Mom, Wife and competitive athlete. I wanted to understand how I make decisions, which habits matter most and how do maintain the energy to keep up with my kids, lead my team and be a good wife.

I started to research human behavior change, neuroscience, health and psychology. Along with my business degree, I hired a coach to guide and mentor me, I consulted with Doctors to teach me, I took courses from experts in the industry, joined a high-level mastermind, and got certified as a Nutrition Coach. 

I've taken my years of research, real-life experience and proven science-backed habits and developed a framework that helps individuals and teams succeed at the highest levels. My process has helped transform the effectiveness of people in multiple industries, from stay-at-home Moms to international organizations. I'm on a mission to help people live happier, productive and more fulfilled lives.

Whether you are just starting out on your journey and have no clue where to start or you've had a successful career but are feeling stuck in one or more areas of your life, I can help.

My greatest fear is that I look back on my life and I never fulfilled my dreams to make an impact. My mission is to impact lives globally, re-define what success looks like for me, my family and enjoy every second I've been given.

I can honestly say I am living life, with more joy, confidence and fulfillment than I ever knew possible and I'm on a mission to change yours too!
